In this Postnatal Flow class, Ashley leads new mamas through a gentle practice designed to bring gentle awareness and compassion into the body. You are encouraged to move through this practice at your own pace, honouring your body and its needs. A yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolsters are comfy companions for this class.
