Join Ashley for her new signature class, "Strong & Calm". This class beautifully integrates yoga and pilates and will use just your own body weight.
Join Faith for a 20 minute lower body toning class focused on the inner and outer thighs. This class incorporates some mobility work as well!
Join Tyler for a full body pilates class that will also incorporate some stretching to ease tension and props for toning! Tyler will utilize a yoga strap and a light hand weight if those or anything similar are available to you.
Join Faith for a fiery, quick and effective power arm and upper body toning. Faith will be utilizing a resistance band for this class, preferably a light to medium if you have one available to you.
