Join Faith for a 20 minute lower body toning class focused on the inner and outer thighs. This class incorporates some mobility work as well!
Join Tyler for a full body pilates class that will also incorporate some stretching to ease tension and props for toning! Tyler will utilize a yoga strap and a light hand weight if those or anything similar are available to you.
Join Faith for a fiery, quick and effective power arm and upper body toning. Faith will be utilizing a resistance band for this class, preferably a light to medium if you have one available to you.
Join Faith for a quick but fiery power core pilates series! This class will utilize only your own body weight, no props needed, so this is the perfect class to do anywhere even when you're travelling!
