Join Faith for a 20 minute full body pilates flow! A toning/squishy ball will be utilized if that is available to you.
Join Liz for a beautiful heart opening flow. 2 blocks, a blanket, and a bolster will be utilized throughout the flow if those are available to you.
Join Chivon for a quick and effective full body burner flow. This class will incorporate low impact cardio with some mat work as well. A set of light hand weights will be used if those are available to you.
Join Ashley for a dynamic 20 minute full body flow. A blanket for your knees is handy to have nearby if needed!
