Join Chiara for a 20-minute circuit style cardio class! 5 exercises will be completed for 3 rounds with 45 seconds of continuous movement, followed by a 15 second break. Be sure to have water nearby.
Join Ashley for a 40 minute flow focusing on moving rapidly through different postures and shapes while staying soft and supple.
Join Amber for a full-body short and fiery flow! A toning/squishy ball and a set of hand weights will be used if that is available to you.
Join Chiara for a 40-minute power barre class. Any sturdy surface such as a counter top or the back of a chair/couch may be used in place as a barre. A set of hand weights will be utilized during this class if those are available to you.
