Join Liz for a beautiful heal and meditate practise. This class will help hone in and regulate the nervous system making it an excellent choice if you're experiencing any stress or anxiety. A bolster and blanket are encouraged if those are available to you.
Join Chiara for a full body toning barre session. In place of a barre you may use any stable service - the back of a chair or couch or counter top. A set of light hand weights will also be utilized throughout this class if those are available to you.
