The Crow + The Crane Postures
Join Jodi for her signature vinyasa Power Flow class. There will be an emphasis on warming up, followed with postures as steps toward a peak.
We will focus on core abdominals and exploration of the matrix pose. We will be practicing the crow and crane posture, which are arm balance postures. If you are newer to these poses it is a good way to integrate into your practice, and for others a chance to revisit in your practice.
Steps will be offered to integrate the crow posture into your inversion practice.
Props recommendations: a bolster, blocks + wall space.
