The Flow

A full body and mind conditioning vinyasa flow yoga class. The instructor will incorporate a variety of modifications for students and their respective levels, creating a communal space for everyone to work within their own practice. This will allow beginners the opportunity to explore more complex sequences and peak poses, while providing a challenge for more advanced students.

  • The Flow + Sunny (26 min)

    Join Sunny for a 25 minute full body flow to be used when your body is feeling stiff - maybe when you wake up in the morning or after a long day of sitting! Sunny will utilize 2 cork blocks if those or anything similar are available to you.

  • The Warrior Flow + Liz (25 min)

    Join Liz for a 25 minute toning and strength building warrior flow sequence. A set of blocks and a blanket will be utilized throughout the flow if those are available to you.

  • The Spinal Flow + Liz (30 min)

    Join Liz for a beautifully guided flow focusing on working and stretching your spine! 2 blocks may be used for any support needed throughout the class, but not necessary to complete the class.

  • The Power Flow + Ashley (28 min)

    Join Ashley for a dynamic and challenging half hour power flow. Two blocks will be utilized if those are available to you.

  • The Grounding Flow + Michelle (30 min)

    Join Michelle as she expertly guides you through a 30 minute flow focusing on releasing stress, get things moving, and re-connect you to your body!

  • The Power Flow + Ashley (30 min)

    Join Ashley for a 30 minute power flow! If accessible to you, two blocks and a yoga strap will be utilized during this flow.

  • The Heart Opener Flow + Liz (28 min)

    Join Liz for a beautiful heart opening flow. 2 blocks, a blanket, and a bolster will be utilized throughout the flow if those are available to you.

  • The Flow + Ashley (20 min)

    Join Ashley for a dynamic 20 minute full body flow. A blanket for your knees is handy to have nearby if needed!

  • The Power Flow + Ashley (19 min)

    Join Ashley for a 20 minute full body power flow just using your own body weight!

  • The Flow + Michelle (20 Min)

    Join Michelle for a more advanced bang for your buck flow - full body, 20 minutes, and quick transitions! A set of blocks will be utilized if those are available to you.

  • The Salutation Flow + Angela (22 min)

    Join Ang as she takes you through her salutation flow! Featuring a breakdown of postures within the salutations that will allow you to move through longer and more advanced flows with a lot of confidence.

  • The Warrior Flow + Angela (20 min)

    Join Ang as she takes you through a strength building sequence of different warrior poses and grows your foundational knowledge of vinyasa yoga. Two blocks will be utilized if those are available to you.

  • The Power Flow + Angela (21 min)

    Join Ang for a fast paced full body 20 min power flow! This flow will deconstruct chaturanga and work on a lot of arm balance. A set of blocks will be helpful if those are available to you.

  • The Flow + Angela (33 min)

    Join Ang for a vinyasa flow that gets your heart pumping and muscles turned on. Two blocks will be utilized if those are available to you.

  • The Flow + Michelle (38 min)

    Join Michelle for a beautiful grounding flow to ease any anxiousness or restlessness. Perfect timing for a transition of seasons, specifically for the fall! Two blocks and a mat will be utilized during this class if that is available to you.

  • The Power Flow + Ashley (39 min)

    Join Ashley for a 40 minute flow focusing on moving rapidly through different postures and shapes while staying soft and supple.

  • The Flow + Michelle (43 min)

    Join Michelle for a no-hands flow! Despite the name, the flow is still challenging but perfect for those nursing any upper body injuries or discomfort. A mat, blanket, and 2 cork yoga blocks will be utilized during this flow if those are available to you.

  • The Flow + Ashley (40 min)

    Join Ashley for a 40 minute flow designed to open your upper back and shoulders. A mat and two yoga blocks are utilized throughout this class.

  • The Power Flow + Angela (33 min)

    A dynamic vinyasa flow yoga practice that builds on The Flow. Students will be cued for more advanced variations of arm balances and inversions and the flow invites space for more heat and vigour.   • The Flow + Tyler Jackson (20 min)

    Join Tyler as he takes us through a 20 minute yoga flow using a wall, yoga mat, and a yoga block. This flow will focus on external rotations of leg bones and a touch of side bending as well.

  • The Power Flow + Tyler (30 min)

    Join Tyler as he takes us through a mindful 30 min fast-paced full body power flow. All you need is your mat! No props necessary for this class.

  • The Power Flow + Angela (41 min)

    Join Angela as she takes you through a 40 minute power flow working all pieces of your body! Props utilized in this flow are cork blocks, however can be done without.

  • The Flow + Angela (22 min)

    This short class with wake up your body with an invigorating flow sequence. A mat and 2 blocks are recommended for this class.

  • The Flow + Chrys (30 min)

    Join Chrys in this warm and lovely flow practice. Sink into how you are, just now. You may want to use blocks or straps to assist with your practice.
