    Join Chiara for a 20-minute circuit style cardio class! 5 exercises will be completed for 3 rounds with 45 seconds of continuous movement, followed by a 15 second break. Be sure to have water nearby.

    Join Chiara as she takes us through a barre inspired cardio circuit - 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds break. The circuit will be repeated a total of 3 times. Options are available for a lower impact cardio (no jumping).

    Join Chiara as she takes us through a cardio flow that incorporates strengthening and toning with continuous movement to elevate the heart rate. A mat and barefoot is recommended.

    Join Emily for a short and spicy quick-moving cardio flow that is sure to pump up your heart rate and energy level. A mat, water nearby and barefoot is recommended.
