Join Emily for a 30 minute power barre! Anything stable can be used in place for the barre - back of a couch/chair, counter, or wall all work great.
Join Amber for a quick and effective 20 minute barre class. In place of a barre, the top of a sturdy chair/couch or counter top may be used. A toning/squishy pilates ball will also be utilized if that is available to you.
