Class three (45 minutes) - Lower Body: Fusion Class
* This class will take all of our lower body knowledge and combine it into one super fun class!
Lower Body: Hamstring Burn
For this class, you will need a resistance band.
Lower Body: Calf Burn
For this class, you will need barre-like support.
