For this class, you will need resistance bands and hand weights.
Lower Body: Glutes Edition
* This class targets our glutes from all angles, get ready for the ultimate booty burn!
For this class, you will need a Barre or something you can use as a barre like a high-back chair or countertop. Resistance bands will also be used.
